The Center of IT is starting a grant program financed by the Digital Poland Project Center, under which IT classes will be created for over 12,000. especially gifted primary and secondary school students.

As part of the Information Science Center, 1,500 mentors, teachers, medallists od school competitions and finalists of IT competitions will create curricula and implement them during the activities of IT circles. The Center of Information Technology will facilitate the economic development and the creation of innovative solutions for the economy.

The goal of the project is to build a permanent system of identifying IT talents. This will be served by creation an advanced program for raising the knowledge and competences of people conducting classes. The project is supported by the Technical University of Lodz (Lead Partner of the Project), Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Warsaw Universitites as well as the Krakow AGH University of Science and Technology.
