The University of Zielona Góra (UZ) will cooperate with the company “Zielona Góra Waterworks and Sewerage”. Economic cooperation with the new partner will be implemented by the university’s Centre for Business Leaders (CLB).
The signatories to the document will cooperate in the provision of ongoing consultancy services by the Business Leaders Centre as part of the Consultation Zone for Business and in carrying out short- and long-term forecasts of the effectiveness of the company’s human resources team in terms of assessing and evaluating business risks.
Among other things, the partners announce that they will jointly conduct classes, workshops, trainings and coaching for the development of leadership skills, the formation of young leaders’ competencies in the creation of company concepts and successful business start-ups, and organise meetings with business leaders on the basis of the established CLB UZ Intergenerational Understanding Platform.
