“Direction ORLEN” is a paid internship program, addressed to final-year students and university graduates of science, economics and humanities. The internship lasts six months. The ORLEN companies have prepared over 40 internship offers in many different specializations.  

This is the 6th “Direction ORLEN” internship program. Paid internships are carried out in the ORLEN Group companies: PKN ORLEN, ANWIL, ORLEN CUK, ORLEN Laboratorium, ORLEN Paliwa, ORLEN Południe and in the companies of the Energa Group, namely: Energa OZE, Energa Enspirion. Students and graduates from all over Poland can do the internship.

Although the teams needing interns are located in 10 cities, due to the epidemiological situation, some internship tasks may be carried out in a hybrid way. This allows trainees to gain experience regardless of where they live.

Applications for the internship program “Direction ORLEN” can be submitted until May 3.
