The Center for Quantitative Research on Politics of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow for the 4th time settled the Pythian Cup Competition for the best electoral poll. This time it assessed the May elections to the European Parliament.

The Silver Pythium Cup for the best poll was received by CBM Indicator for the poll of May 24, 2019 for the Wiadomości. The bronze medals were awarded to the Estymator for the poll from May 22-23, 2019 and the IBRIS for the poll from May 22-23, 2019, made for the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, RMF FM and rmf24.pl.

In addition, the Award Committee compared forecasts published before the elections and decided to award distinctions to: PARR and Badania.pro (co-authors of the forecast of the division of EU parliament seats for the Onet.pl portal) and individually to Marcin Palade.
