During the 22nd International Book Fair in Krakow, the Association of Higher School Publishers settled the “Gaudeamus” competition for the best academic or didactic book in the academic year 2017/2018.

The main prize and statuette were awarded to the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University Publisher in Lublin for the publication of “Methods of speech therapy”.

In addition, the Krakow University of Technology Publishing House was awarded for the book “Space. Scenario analysis in planning and landscape design”, University of Gdańsk Publisher and Professor Wacław Szybalski Foundation received the prize for the book “Professor Wacław Szybalski’s opinion about Lvov, genes, essence of life and Nobel Prize winners” and the Scientific Publisher of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń for the publication “Bolesław Chrobry – roaring lion”.
