The Department of Sociology of Organization and Management of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Szczecin, the Szczecin branch of the Polish Sociological Association and the Municipal Public Library in Szczecin invite participants to the National Scientific Conference “Manager, activist, artist – women in organizations and cultural institutions” on March 12.

The conference will be devoted to the position, role and activity of women in organizations and institutions in the field of culture, including artistic, educational, social and other forms of culture. It will start at 9:30 in the branch of the Municipal Public Library – ProMedia, at al. Wojska Polskiego 2.

The organizers are planning to find answers to the questions: What is the cultural activity of women? What is their contribution to the development of organizations and institutions of culture and art? Is their culture management different from the men’s approach?
