English York St. John University and the University of Szczecin invite participants from 10 to 12 April to the international multidisciplinary conference “Alone together” dedicated to loneliness in the community.
The conference will be held in York, United Kingdom under the honorary auspices of the rector of the University of York, Prof. Karen Stanton and the rector of the University of Szczecin, Prof. Edward Włodarczyk.
– Our intention is to hold a global meeting of researchers and enthusiasts of loneliness, representing various disciplines (pedagogy, psychology, philosophy and cognitive science, theology, medicine, art and others).
York St. John University is a university founded in 1841. It has 6,000 students, including 500 foreigners.
