The University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, together with the Committee on Food and Nutrition of the Polish Academy of Sciences, organizes in May 2018 the National Scientific Conference of Processors of Fruit and Vegetable Processing.
The aim of the conference, which this year is run under the slogan: “Fruits, vegetables and mushrooms – innovation, safety, quality, technologies”, is to deepen and systematize knowledge in the field of fruit, vegetable and mushroom processing, taking into account the latest trends, including innovation in analytical methods.
The conference takes place from 17 to 18 May 2018 in the main building of the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz at Aleja Profesora Kaliski7.
