The Department of Creative Industries of the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz and the scientific journal “Culture and Education” invite to participate in the interdisciplinary conference “Creative Minds. New roads of Polish cinema “, which will be held on 6-7 March 2018 in Bydgoszcz.

During the conference, participants will be able to listen to over a dozen lectures on Polish cinematography.

Professor Arkadiusz Lewicki from Wroclaw University will present the “Image of the Eighties in the Polish Newest Cinema (2007-2017)”, Dr Krzysztof Kopczyński from the University of Warsaw presents the topic “Irony and harmony. The search for author’s identity in the Polish creative document of the 21st century “, Dr. Magdalena Bergman from the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz will analyze” Images of social exclusion in contemporary Polish cinema in a sociological perspective “and Artur Petz, MA from the University of Lodz will introduce the phenomenon of a Polish scriptwriter, director and writer Patrick Vega. He will also make a lecture “How to raise the viewer and achieve commercial success”.

The conference will start on March 6, 2018 at University of Economy in Bydgoszcz at Naruszewicz str.11, building K, ground floor, room K001.
