As part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of regaining independence, the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw Branch of the Scientific Society of Organization and Management organize a scientific conference “Management 4.0 – scientific management in the vanguard of Polish development for 100 years”.

The scholars plan to reflect on the current development trends of “Management Science”, especially in the context of progressive digitization, based on modern technologies and causing dynamic economic and social changes.
The event will consist of four thematic blocks related to management: strategy, processes, relationships and human resources. In addition, a discussion panel will be held with representatives of leading high-tech companies: Oracle, Dell, Intel and Microsoft.
