Jan Kochanowski University (UJK) in Kielce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have concluded an agreement, which is another step towards the establishment of a Consular Information Centre in Kielce. The institution will start operating as early as June and its task will be to provide assistance and support to Poles staying abroad.
The cooperation agreement was signed by the rector of UJK, Prof. Stanisław Głuszek, and the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Piotr Wawrzyk, who emphasised that UJK is a dynamically developing university with excellent teaching facilities and high-level scientific staff.
The signed agreement also opens up new opportunities for UJK students. They will get the chance to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of foreign policy. The cooperation will consist of exchanging experience, organising training, seminars and practical classes in the field of diplomacy.
