The University of Szczecin formalized further cooperation with the Szczecin branch of the Social Insurance Institution. The agreement concerns partnerships in the field of scientific and research activities, running joint projects as well as didactic and scientific activities.

The aim of the agreement concluded for five years is to build civic awareness in the field of social security, promote the idea of social solidarity on the level of shared responsibility, to promote knowledge about social security, joint organization of conferences and seminars, and cooperation in publishing scientific publications.

The signatories of the agreement emphasize that cooperation on science and insurance practice provides the certainty for an effective combination of knowledge and experience in its application and allows the organization of socially valuable ventures.
