Cooperation between the Kraków University of Technology and FH Münster on doctoral training

The Krakow University of Technology (PK) and the FH Münster University of Applied Sciences will cooperate on doctoral training. The agreement was signed by the Vice-Rector for Science, Prof. Dariusz Bogdał, the President of the FH Münster University of Applied Sciences, Prof. Frank Dellmann, the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology, Prof. Eng. Magdalena Kozień-Woźniak, Dean of the MSA Münster School of Architecture Prof. Eng. Martin Weischer and director of the PhD School at PK, Dr Małgorzata Cimochowicz-Rybicka, Prof. PK.

The cooperation undertaken will enable the integration of the different competences and specifics of education at the PK Doctoral School and the MSA FH Münster Doctoral Certificate Programme. It will also provide support for doctoral students. 

As a University of Applied Sciences, the FH Münster does not have the right to award doctoral degrees. The doctoral degree (according to current regulations) is conferred by the Kraków University of Technology.
