Maritime Academy and Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin have signed a cooperation agreement. The aim is to support all initiatives and joint actions to improve road safety and improve the automotive culture among all road users and institutions and organizations supporting these activities.

The signatories of the agreement are provincial police chief in Szczecin – Jacek Cegieła and the rector of the Academy – Dr. Eng. Capt. Wojciech Trybacz, Prof. of Maritime Academy.

The commander stressed that the key factor will be the development of new road safety improvement projects and their active implementation. – We believe that acting together with the police, the Academy can use knowledge and experience to observe everyday life and provide the results of analyzes in order to create the traffic space that is friendly to all road users – says the commander quoted on the Academy website.
