The Maritime University of Technology (PM) and the Pomeranian Medical University (PUM) have signed a letter of intent ensuring mutual support and cooperation. It recognises the long-standing cooperation between the two universities and is an action taken to ensure that students are educated in the best possible way.
“The University of Technology educates lifeguards, while Pomeranian University educates paramedics. It is therefore a natural step in the development of our cooperation to integrate joint activities in order to educate young people at the highest possible level”, said the rector of the Pomeranian University of Technology, Dr Eng. Capt. Wojciech Slączka, during the signing ceremony.
“Today we are inaugurating a new area of cooperation with the Maritime University of Technology. At the same time we are very pleased that experienced teachers from the University of Technology will participate in the education of students. Above all, we are committed to the highest quality of education for our future graduates”, added the rector of PUM, Professor Bogusław Machaliński.
