The University of Economics in Katowice will collaborate with the Re Alloys company from Łaziska Górne. This partnership aims to strengthen the relationship between the business community and higher education and demonstrates a commitment to shaping the future of education. The agreement was signed by the university’s rector, Professor Celina M. Olszak, and Mirosław Wilczek, President of the Management Board of Re Alloys.
Re Alloys, as a strategic partner, undertakes to actively provide substantive support to students of the Urban Economy and Real Estate faculty and to cooperate in the process of improving the University’s educational offer and strengthening the practical aspect of education.
The company is the only producer of ferroalloys in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. The company pursues the “Going Green” development strategy, the main objective of which is to achieve zero-emission and energy independence.
