The University of Economics in Katowice will cooperate with the Ukrainian Ternopil National Pedagogical University. The agreement provides for scientific-research and didactic cooperation and is part of the internationalization strategy of the University of Economics.

The agreement was positively evaluated by the Senate Committee for International Cooperation and signed by Dr Robert Tomanek, Rector of the University of Katowice and Bogdan Buyak, Rector of Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University.

As part of the agreement, the Polish university is planning to provide the visits of students of Tourism Economy in Ukraine, conducting basic research, joint publications and implementation of possible projects in an international research team.
