In this year’s recruitment, the most popular fields of study at the University of Gdańsk are criminology, production of audiovisual forms, English philology, Management of artistic institutions, Scandinavian studies and Psychology.

Information technology (practical profile), Film and audiovisual culture, Sinology, National security and American studies are also very popular. The university’s offer includes over 80 fields of study, including 8 new ones. This year, the university has planned the admission places for nearly 12 thousand students: 8 743 for full-time studies and 3 127 for part-time studies.

Studies at the University of Gdańsk are very popular among foreigners – nearly 500 non-Polish citizens have applied. The most numerous group are citizens of Belarus (330 people) and Ukraine (110 people).
