Deputy Prime Minister Gowin meets the EU Commissioner for Labor and Social Rights

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education Jarosław Gowin and the European Union Commissioner for Labor and Social Rights Nicolas Schmit talked about the connection between higher education and the labor market in Warsaw.

The Ministry of Science emphasized, that in Poland two forms of education in practical fields of study were introduced through the Constitution for Science: compulsory apprenticeships and dual studies in order to strengthen practical education and develop students’ professional skills and social competences.
The Act also enabled specialist universities to provide specialized education. A person who has completed specialist education will receive a certificate of a qualified specialist or a qualified technologist specialist.
