The State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Płock was included in the group of 15 vocational schools awarded as part of the “Didactic initiative of excellence” project. Jarosław Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and Higher Education announced it during his visit at the Płock school.
The decision on the project “Didactic initiatives of excellence” is double good news for vocational schools – said Minister Gowin. Firstly, up to fifteen vocational schools from different parts of Poland will receive an additional one million PLN for the quality of education. Secondly, it is proof that the environment associated with PWSZ played an important role in the process of creating the Constitution for Science. Additional support for public vocational universities in the field of excellence in education was an important postulate of this group of schools.
