The open platform Digital Competence Learning Hub, which allows for the development of digital competences of university teachers, was created as part of the ADVICE project implemented by Collegium Civitas in Warsaw (project leader), together with the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, the University of Northampton and the Agricultural University of Athens.
The Digital Competence Learning Hub platform is a Competence Self-Assessment Tool (CAT), helping to track gaps in digital competences of university teachers, and an Online Resource Database (OReD), which is a multi-variant catalogue providing learning tools and resources to enhance digital skills.
The ADVICE project also resulted in recommendations for higher education system stakeholders, policy makers and students, created with a particular focus on building the capacity of higher education systems for more inclusive online education.
