The Ministry of Digitization together with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage implement a program of digitization of Commune Culture Centers. Its main goals are to connect all centers to broadband Internet, equip them with computers and organize training in digital competences.
550 institutions from all over Poland have applied for funding for annual digital competence training. – This is a great result and proof that local communities are waiting for such initiatives – says Minister of Digitization Marek Zagórski.
The purpose of the training is to improve the competences of employees so that they can carry out trainings for children and youth independently. The applicants include non-governmental organizations, partnerships of non-governmental organizations with local government units, institutions running universities of the third age, public institutions in the field of science, culture, education and universities.
