Doctoral schools of the University of Białystok (UB) is offering 11 scientific majors in the academic year. Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences have already started recruiting, while the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences will start it on August 16.
The Doctoral School of Social Sciences is offering economics and finance, legal sciences, sociological sciences and pedagogy. At the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences, students can choose biological and chemical sciences and the physical sciences program in English. The offer of the Doctoral School in the Humanities includes: philosophy, history, linguistics and literary studies.
There is a limit of places in each school and in each discipline. A total of 50 people can be admitted. Legal sciences – 10 people. Economics and finance, biological and chemical sciences: 5 people. The limit of 4 people is valid in literary studies, linguistics, history, pedagogy, physical sciences. Sociological sciences have 3 places and philosophy – 2 places.
