Dr Piotr Mysiak, Vice Dean the quality of science and quality of education at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Zielona Góra became a member of the Assembly of the Mission Committee of Adaptation to climate change.

The assembly is an auxiliary body of one of the five main European research and innovation missions that are part of the Horizon Europe program. This is the result of the works of the EU Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation, Carlos Moedas, who during the informal Council of Ministers for Research announced which mission boards will be created.

In the perspective of the Horizon Europa program, mission boards are to look for and develop solutions to problems in the expert field – global challenges such as cancer, climate change, healthy oceans, climate neutral cities and healthy soil and food.
