The Silesian University of Technology and the Katowice Special Economic Zone invite participants to the 3rd EDUAL Conference on 4th March – Dual Studies in response to the needs of Industry 4.0. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education Jarosław Gowin confirmed his participation in the event at the Education and Congress Center of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.

The first conference was devoted to the concept of dual education and a comparison of several models existing at that time. The second meeting was attended by the rectors of all Polish technical universities. During that conference, the creation of the first Silesian Center of Industry Competence 4.0 was announced in Poland.

This year’s conference takes place at the beginning of the implementation of a large program devoted to dual education, announced for the first time by the National Center for Research and Development. The event is combined with the Engineering Job and Entrepreneurship Fair and will be an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas regarding dual education.
