Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw signed a license agreement for the production and distribution of EDUball educational footballs with the American company Palos Sports.

Educational balls were created 16 years ago at the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw. by Dr Andrzej Rokita, Prof. Supervisor Tadeusz Rzepa and entrepreneur Marek Nowicki. Now, the footballs will be sold in the USA, Canada and the European Union under the name brainball, The signing of the agreement was preceded by agreements on the transfer of their proprietary copyrights to the university.

Educational outcomes with the use of the EDUball have been evaluated for 16 years. Many pedagogical experiments were carried out in schools and kindergartens. This has been the subject of PhD theses, books and didactic games (including English versions).
Palos Sports Inc. is one of the largest companies in the US dealing in the distribution of sports and educational equipment.
