Employees of the Karkonosze State High School (KPSW) in Jelenia Góra visited the Technical University of Dresden (Technisches Universitaet – TU Dresden), to be trained in conducting innovative activities with youth and project work.

Employees of KPSW participated in organization of the Summer Laboratory. In 2016, such a Laboratory took place in Jelenia Góra and in 2017 at the Technical University of Liberec. The topic of this year’s summer classes was “Smart Materials”. Students from 14 to 18 years of age from Poland and Germany carried out their projects under the supervision of qualified staff, using the knowledge provided through demonstrations, experiments, individual and group work.

TU Dresden is one of the largest technical universities in Dresden. 36 thousand Dresden students can choose from 120 courses.
