The European Commission awarded the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with the “HR Excellence in Research” prize awarded to institutions that implement the “Strategy for increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and career development of researchers” (The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers – HRS4R).

By implementing the HRS4R strategy, the scientific units commit to provide favorable working conditions, career development, mobility and transparent recruitment processes for researchers. Thus, the university contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the European Research Area and the attractiveness of the European science system worldwide.

The “SGH HR Action Plan and Strategy Plan” developed together with the application documentation developed at the Warsaw University was submitted for evaluation in July 2018. The prepared documentation has been positively evaluated by the European Commission. SGH will implement planned activities for the next two years.
