The Center of Culture of the Dutch University of Wroclaw invites participants to the exhibition “With a dream and reality”: Copies of Dutch masters. Enthusiasts will be able to admire copies of paintings by the Dutch masters – Bosch, Vermeer and Van Gogh, who inspired Polish poets.
The exhibition was inspired by two women: Agnieszka Traczyńska, artist-painter, teacher at the Wrocław High School, who creates wonderful copies of the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch and Magdalena Śniedziewska, researcher of Polish literature, author of the book The Seventeenth century Dutch painting.
The official opening of the exhibition with the participation of the representative of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Martin van Dijk, will take place on March 7 at 17. After the opening, a lecture “It’s not quite bad with us if we can admire Dutch painting” by Magdalena Śniedziewska was planned.
