The call for applications for the 23rd L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women and Science programme will run until 23 April 2023. Since 2001, the programme’s scholarship has been awarded to Polish female researchers representing the life sciences in the broadest sense.
Depending on the stage of her scientific career, a female researcher can apply for the scholarship in one of three categories: master’s, doctoral and postdoctoral. She can use them for any purpose she chooses.
The postdoctoral scholarship is PLN 40,000, the doctoral scholarship is PLN 35,000 and the master’s scholarship is PLN 25,000.
The scholarship offer is aimed at female scientists who, in the year of payment of the scholarship (2024- the calendar year immediately following the year in which the scholarship recipients are selected), are under 26 years of age – for the master’s category, 32 years of age – for the doctoral category and 40 years of age – for the habilitation category.
