PhD students at the University of Silesia, together with the School of Polish Language and Culture, the International Polish Studies and the Center for Chinese Language and Culture, organize the sixth film festival “Made in Poland”. This year’s title is “Made in Poland, Made in Asia”.

The Polish, Georgian, Kyrgyz and Chinese films will be presented on May 8 at the university building at ul. Uniwersytecka 4 in Katowice. The aim of the festival is to deepen the scope of cultural competences among Polish and foreign students.
The organizers want to achieve their goal by presenting the cultures, traditions and customs appropriate to given countries. The festival is also to introduce Polish foreign culture to students studying at the University of Silesia.
