The first graduates of nursing at the Medical Faculty of Collegium Medicum (WMCM) of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw received diplomas of graduation and nurse caps – a symbol of joining the profession.
“I am convinced that studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University have provided a solid professional foundation that you will use reliably in your future work, and perhaps also in your further scientific career”, said the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr Filip M. Szymański, UKSW.
Collegium Medicum UKSW was established in 2019. It educates students in the medicine and in nursing. Each year, new 250 students join the faculty community. Collegium Medicum UKSW works closely with many renowned medical centers in Warsaw. The clinical basis for the studies are currently Międzyleski Specialist Hospital, Mazovian Bródno Hospital, Institute of Children’s Healthcare Center and the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw.
