The annual conference “Study in Polan- Foreign students in Poland” was organized by the Educational Foundation Perspektywy, Lodz University of Technology and the Conference of Rectors of Polish Academic Schools KRASP and took place on January 26-28 in Łódź.

The aim of the conference was to exchange opinions, present good practices and diagnose problems and discuss challenges that allow developing a concept for improving the quality and efficiency of activities that will contribute to the increase in the internationalization of Polish higher education and science.
The event was accompanied by the ceremonial awarding of the ” Internationalization Stars” – people with outstanding achievements in the internationalization of Polish universities.
This year, the following scholars were awarded:
“Research Star” – Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek from the Kozminski University in Warsaw
“Teaching Star” – Prof. Jacek Szepietowski from the Medical University in Wrocław
“Management Star” – Dr Dorota Piotrowska from the Lodz University of Technology
“Marketing Star” – Marcin Witkowski from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan
