Foundation for Polish Science awarded away scholarships

The Foundation for Polish Science (FNP) offered the academic scholarship for the MISTRZ laureates within seventh competition. The scholarship may sponsor a trip to a prestigious foreign scientific center in order to conduct research work.

The winners of this year’s competition are:
Bronisław Marciniak from the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, who received a scholarship of USD 5,500 per month for a 4-month trip to the University of Notre Dame in the USA;
Wojciech Bałus from the Faculty of History of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, who received a scholarship of EUR 5,000 per month for a 3-month trip to the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte, Munich in Germany;
Marek Domański from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, Poznan University of Technology, who received a scholarship of USD 5,500 per month for a 3-month trip to Nagoya University in Japan.
