The Gdansk University of Technology, together with Delft University of Technology from the Netherlands and the Swiss Zurich University of Technology, has joined the ENHANCE consortium of European technical universities.
The objectives of the ENHANCE alliance include the large-scale introduction of innovative educational methods, making it easier for students to choose subjects from the offer of the partner universities, creating a system to facilitate the mobility of the academic community and reducing bureaucratic barriers. Consortium members also undertake cooperation with associated partners – businesses, city halls, student organisations, research networks, foundations and non-profit organisations.
So far, the consortium has included the Technical University of Berlin, RWTH in Aachen, Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, the Milan University of Technology, the Valencia University of Technology and one university from Poland – the Warsaw University of Technology.
