Gdańsk University of Technology (PG) has successfully completed the procedures of international institutional assessment by the European University Association (EUA) and obtained the right to use the prestigious EUA – Institutional Evaluation Program. The Gdańsk University is the third institution in Poland to receive this accreditation.

The EUA evaluators visited the University twice. They met with the authorities, the university team preparing the self-assessment report, teaching staff and students as well as the university’s environment. EUA assessed PG in terms of organization and management of the university. Committee members paid attention to the strengths of the PG and pointed out directions for further development.

The members of the commission were impressed by the assessments of the students and graduates, in particular foreigners, who were proud about their choice of university.
