Over 120,000 PLN funding from the “Welcome to Poland” program of the National Academic Exchange Agency was acquired by the Gdańsk University of Technology. This money will allow to provide the special trainings raising intercultural and language for the administrative staff.

The university will implement the project “Deepening the internationalization process at the Gdańsk University of Technology through competence training for administrative staff and implementation of organizational improvements”. The project involves the creation of an original language coaching program for employees who will be accompanied by language teachers in their daily work.

Language training is provided for dean’s office employees, reception staff at student houses and faculties. Special conversation cards will be created for them to facilitate communication with students and foreign employees. The implementation of the project will start this year and will last until the end of March 2021.
