The PWR Racing Team performed very well during its debut appearance in the 2023 season. In the electric vehicle competition in Varano, Italy, representatives of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology took 10th place.
At the Autódromo Riccardo Paletti, 30 vehicles from Italy, Germany, England, Estonia, Switzerland, Spain, Norway, Turkey and Poland competed for victory. Students from the PWR Racing Team travelled to Italy with their latest car the RT13e which accelerates to 100 km/h in four seconds and the maximum engine power is 2x52kW, or 141 horsepower. It weighs around 245kg.
Ultimately, in the static competitions, the Wrocław students took: 6th place in Business Plan Presentation, also 6th in Engineering Design and 9th in Cost and Manufacturing. However, in the dynamic competition, i.e. Autocross, they obtained the ninth lap time. This all added up to a very good 10th place overall.
