Graduates of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław receive the awards of the Polish Space Agency

Two graduates of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław were awarded in the second competition for the Scientific Award of the President of the Polish Space Agency for the best student thesis in space engineering.

Joanna Najder won the 2nd award for the work “Analysis of the quality of prediction of orbit satellites tracked by SLR stations”, and Piotr Bryłka the 3rd award for “The use of low-budget GNSS receivers for the purposes of determining tropospheric delay parameters”. The winners are graduates of geodesy and cartography study at the faculty of environmental engineering and geodesy.

The competition organized by the Polish Space Agency promotes the individual and team achievements of students in the field of space surveying and the conduct of educational and promotional activities regarding the exploration and use of space.
