The earnings of graduates of seventeen public universities in Poland were analyzed by specialists from the salary.pl portal. The list includes the salaries of both BA and MA graduates.

The highest average earnings in 2020 were gained by the people who graduated from the University of Warsaw – 6.8 thousand. PLN gross – calculated Karolina Jurczak, the author of the report.

Other well- paid people graduated from: the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with an average salary of 6 thousand PLN gross and the University of Wrocław – 5.7 thousand PLN gross.

Graduates of Rzeszow university are in the worst situation with a salary of PLN 4.3 thousand gross PLN, the Opole University – 4.5 thousand PLN gross and the Białystok University- 4.585 gross PLN.

The author of the list emphasizes that the earnings are undoubtedly influenced not only by the prestige of the university, but to a large extent by the place of employment.
