By the decision of the Presidium of the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA), the Hippology and Equestrianism major at the University of Life Sciences (UP) in Lublin was awarded a Certificate of Educational Excellence in the category: “Excellent faculty – excellence in faculty education”. The course is run as first- and second-cycle studies with a general academic profile by the UP Faculty of Animal Sciences and Bioeconomy.

The Certificates of Excellence in Education awarded by the Presidium of the PKA are a confirmation of the achievement of an outstanding level of education in a given field of study. They are awarded in four categories.

A Certificate of Educational Excellence in a given category can be awarded to a university which runs a field of study that has received a positive curriculum evaluation, supported by good practices in the quality of education or by documented regular achievements of students and graduates, as well as by a recommendation for distinction and justification in the evaluation team’s report.
