The Łazarski University in Warsaw, together with the Compensation & Benefits Club operating at the University, begins the construction of HR Excellence Center, which will be a forum for the exchange of knowledge in the field of HR for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The idea of the project is to let all employers create an engaging work environment, have access to the latest knowledge and HR solutions, and make use of the best practices and achievements of science. The project aims to integrate the scientific community with the business of small and medium enterprises, so as to support the development of the sector of small and medium enterprises as effectively as possible.
