14 applications of the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of the Lodz University of Technology have been qualified for implementation under the 1st part of the 5th “Implementation doctorate” program of the Minister of Education and Science.

The aim of the program is to create conditions for the development of cooperation between organizations of the higher education and science system with the socio-economic environment, conducted within doctoral schools and consisting in educating doctoral students in cooperation with entrepreneurs employing them or other entities. The effect will bring the implementation of the results of the research activities conducted by doctoral students in these organizations.

Each qualified project is conducted by a candidate who, after recruiting to the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School, will start education at the Lodz University of Technology in October.
