Faculty of Theology of the University of Silesia in Katowice, Facultatea de Teologie Universitatea Ovidius din Constanta in Romania and Czech Gréckokatolícka Teologická Fakulta Prešovská Univerzita v Presove, and Cyrilometodějská teologická fakulta Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci are inviting participants to the VIII International Ecumenical Conference entitled “Migration – ecumenism – integration”.
The two-day meeting will be held in Katowice (April 25) and in Brenna (April 26). It gathers representatives of national research centers and scientists from Austria, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania and Italy.
The organizers are planning to discuss the following issues: migration – ecumenism – integration; Lutheran service to migrants; Delphic Sentences as a source of openness to newcomers; migration and the perspectives of intercultural education and interreligious dialogue as well as cultural integration of immigrants as a bilateral process.
