The Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice invites participants on 4th and 5th April to the 6th international design conference Agrafa 2019. The organizers are planning an international review of the latest student achievements and an accompanying design workshop.

They are providing for a opportunity to discuss about how to use the extraordinary possibilities of the 21st century and their consequence in the everyday life, in the environments where people have their relationships. The conference aims to predict what role of the designer in future scenarios.

The history of those design events taking place under a common name Agrafa dates back to the early 90s of the twentieth century, when the Nationwide Review of Graphic Design for Students of Fine Art Schools was organized for the first time. The Agrafa has been accompanying international conferences devoted to graphic design tasks since 2007.
