The Department of Legal Sciences of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża, the city of Łomża and the National Institute of Local Self-Government are organising on 16 June 2023. International Scientific Conference “Legal and Organisational Aspects of International Local Government Cooperation”.

The organised scientific conference will be one of the events celebrating the 605th anniversary of the city of Lomza. 

The idea of the conference is to reflect on the legal, but also on the organisational aspects of international cooperation carried out by local government units. 

Speakers at the event will include both theoreticians and practitioners, including local government officials from foreign cities, municipalities cooperating with Łomża.
