This competition allows to discuss issues related to international criminal law and is a simulation of proceedings before the International Criminal Court. It consists of oral and written parts, in which teams are required to work out and send memoranda of the prosecutor and the defense counsel. This year’s case study touched upon the issues of deportations, crimes against humanity and climate change.
