Winners of the ninth National Student-Inventive Competition organized by the Kielce University of Technology received five medals, including three silvers, and two distinctions from the 47th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva.
Mateusz Wrzochal from the Kielce University of Technology was awarded a silver medal for his device for testing the thrust moments of tapered roller bearings.
The second silver medal was received by Julia Radwan-Pragłowska from the Krakow University of Technology for a solution called “Biodegradable chitosan nanocomposites / poly (sodium aspartate) / Fe3O4 with ferrimagnetic properties”.
The third, silver medal was received by Michał Kwiatkowski from the Lublin University of Technology, who together with his team developed a low-temperature plasma for the needs of agriculture and the food industry.
The International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva is the largest and most prestigious exhibition of inventions in Europe visited by over 30,000 people from all 5 continents.
