The patented invention of the scientists of the Maritime University of Szczecin “The method of producing structural elements from foamed metals” will be used in the recycling industry by the ECO HARPOON – Recycling Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Czólków Mazowiecki.

The innovation of the invention bases in the use of metal and ceramic composites and in the obtained properties. As a result of combining the beneficial properties of composites, the obtained material is light, durable, fireproof, obtained in the result of a simple and relatively inexpensive method of production.

The solution is economical and ecological: during foaming the composites, no chemical agents are used, but a mechanical method, which is cheaper and safer for the environment. This avoids the need to dispose of a hazardous agent: the savings are therefore double, including the substance itself and its neutralization.
