The Faculty of Chemistry of the Gdańsk University of Technology invites participants to the IX Chemical Technology Congress, TECHEM 2018, which will take place from September 3 to 7 at the University of Technology. It is a nationwide conference that gathers representatives of business and academic society every three years.

The Congress of Chemical Technology serves as a platform for scientific discussions, cooperative arrangements, business and social meetings, as well as integrates the technological environment. The formula of the event allows for the presentation of scientific achievements and their practical implementations, as well as companies from the technology industry and their achievements.

The organizers planned plenary lectures, oral presentations and poster sessions in five thematic sections: harvesting of raw materials, production of basic products, production of specialist products, new technologies and industrial biotechnology.
